Render Garage X Urban Crysis Project
"It’s a gorgeous base to start to create something really cool and unique. Considering a Restomod for this Model, the Singer Porsches are massively popular at the moment, so I was kind of thinking we could try to create something along those lines (More like the Singer DLS or Turbo Study that are a bit more aggressive).
I had a project where I designed for 'The render garage' for producing a creative and unique 300SL Restomod.
Considerations;
- Styling changes or innovative aspects of the car for a unique build for a Restomod Mercedes.
- Using Blender or (3d software) to design and capture your design and ideas
- Using any sketches or consultations to explore your ideas and express the intentions behind them.
Scope:
- Restomod 300Sl is the brief and looking at different ways to improve or restyle other 300sl builds.
- Capture unique styles or design language to explore the car.
- For inspiration towards the build will be looking into the Porsche 911 Stinger (Restomod) with design fundamentals and style.

On this Resto Concept, I’m trying to use the body lines to be the base design flow for the Fender flares or Body Kit.
Exhaust pipes stemming out of the side vents. giving that McLaren SLR Vibes on the car. Or Side Exhausts
Development
My Sketch ideas of the Targa roof and the possible opportunities for the roof to function on the car. Different hinge points, to rotational movement to visualize.
